Tim Speicher is the founder and CEO of Speicher Consulting. He has over 15 years of revenue management experience, starting with pricing live events and transitioning to vacation rentals and hotels. In 2019 he created Buoy, the industry’s first completely automated rate setting algorithm for vacation rentals and hotels. Tim has managed many diverse portfolios around the world, with the largest having more than 2,000 unique listings and the smallest having just 1 listing. Tim holds a certificate in Hospitality Revenue Management from Cornell University and he has startup education from Techstars and Google Founders Academy.
